I started running in 2021 at the age of 27. Despite having no history running, in 3 years I’ve been able to improve from:

22 min → 15 min in the 5K

50 min → 32 min in the 10K

2 hours 10 min → 1 hour 12 min in the half marathon

I’ve been able to accomplish this by obsessively studying the sport, training with professional runners and Olympians, and working with some of the best distance coaches in the U.S. to distill decades of knowledge down to simple concepts that anyone can understand.

I’ve lived and breathed running for the past few years, and while I’m still heavily invested in my goals within the sport, I’ve also discovered my passion for helping other runners achieve their own goals. I love helping others navigate their relationships with running, and sharing everything I’ve learned from my own journey.

I enjoy working with runners of all backgrounds and abilities, as long as they are serious about the endeavor.
